Her practice focuses on complex litigation, urban issues, real estate, municipal law, Constitutional Law, administrative law, administrative litigation, strategic advisory of Business and Corporate Law.
Experience
Before joining Colombara Estrategia Legal, she worked as an associate at Holmes & Cía. (2017 – 2022), as well as in the Firm Rivadeneira, Colombara and Zegers (2014-2017). Prior to that, in her native country she held the position of Director of Works in the Municipality of Guácara, Venezuela (2009-2010). She also served as Chief of the Legal Department of the Directorate of Urban Control (Direction of Works) of the Municipality of Valencia, Venezuela (2007- 2009). Prior to that, she worked in the Directorate of Tax Procedures, the Regional Comptroller of Valencia, Venezuela (2007); and as lawyer in the Directorate of Urban Control (Works Management) of the Municipality of Valencia, Venezuela (2006-2007).
