Compliance
Law 21,595 on Economic and Environmental Crimes, of August 2023, has
increased the requirements established by Law 20,393 establishing
the Criminal Liability of Legal Entities, which is from December
2009.
We implement crime prevention models in accordance with the
requirements imposed by both laws (in whose parliamentary discussion
lawyers of the Firm had an outstanding participation) and we design
structures and protocols for compliance with Law 19,913, which
creates the Financial Analysis Unit and, in general, management and
control tools to mitigate the risk of regulatory non-compliance in
the different regulated industries.
In addition, the Firm was recognized by the Leaders League in 2023
as "highly recommended" in Compliance.
